Returns & Exchanges

At Deep Love Jewels, each piece of jewellery is handmade in small batches with care and intention. Because of this, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Choosing the wrong size

  • Changing your mind

  • Custom or made to order pieces

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Damage caused by carelessness or neglect

We encourage you to check sizes and product details carefully before ordering to ensure you love your jewellery once it arrives.

Ordered Wrong Size

In some cases a ring can be sized up slightly, please reach out via email to discuss whether this is possible for your piece.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Every piece of jewellery is carefully checked before it leaves our workshop. If your jewellery arrives with a fault or damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once you reach out, we will assess your item on a case by case basis and work with you to find the best way to remedy the situation.
