This was my first sand casted ring, made from metal scraps collected from other creations. I could have tried again but I liked how it wasn’t a perfect ring all the way around, plus all of the different texture is cool. The opal is so beautiful and so unfortunate I scratched it - Good news, it’s only a surface level scratch so it can still be worn (with care) and loved. This would even look cool as a pinky ring.
